Withdrawal and Deposit Process and Timings

You can withdraw funds once a day within 12 hours. However, you can deposit as many times as you wish. Office timings are from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Cricket, Tennis, and Football:

Clients can withdraw a minimum of 50% of their total winnings within 24 hours.

Horse Racing:

Clients can withdraw a minimum of 20% of their total winnings within 24 hours.

Greyhound Racing and Betfair Card Games:

If you play greyhound racing or Betfair card games, please inform us beforehand.
If you play these games without prior permission, we reserve the right to give you only 20% of your total winnings, even if you win more in other games. Thank you.

Software Malfunction or Errors

1. Decisions made by the software during online betting will be considered final. Payments will be based on the software's results, regardless of other outcomes.

2. If the software deletes your bet or refuses payment for any reason, we will not be responsible.

3. If the software stops functioning after placing a bet, the bet will still be honored. Please avoid blame games, as you may still win.

Over-betting:
While the software typically does not allow over-betting, technical glitches may occur. If over-betting results in your account being in a negative position, you are liable to clear the minus payment. However, winnings resulting from software errors will not be paid. Avoid over-betting to prevent losses. Your bets are monitored, so act responsibly to maintain a good relationship with us.

Client Honesty and Double Payment Recharge

We assure you that we operate with complete honesty and integrity. Just as we respect your funds, we expect the same honesty from you.
If we mistakenly skip deducting funds from your account or recharge your account twice, you are obligated to inform us of the error. Failing to do so will make you liable to return the funds, even if they are lost during betting. Similarly, if you win, we will deduct the mistakenly credited amount from your winnings. Honesty is key to a healthy partnership.
